Padraig McAuliffe graduated from UCC in 2004 and completed his PhD from the same institution in 2009. He lectures in the University of Dundee. His research interests include the interaction of transitional justice with rule of law reconstruction and the politics of international criminal tribunals, most notably the on-going Khmer Rouge Trials.
Ross Frenett has an MA in Terrorism, Security and Society from King’s College London, where his research focused on contemporary Irish Republicanism. Prior to this he studied for a BA in History and Politics in University College Cork. He currently works in Management Consultancy for Deloitte and works as a freelance terrorisim analyst for Exclusive Analyisis.
Sinéad Ring is a lecturer in NUI Galway Department of Law and reading for a PhD in University College Cork considering the impact of due process values in delayed prosecutions for child sexual abuse. She is an Irish Research Council for the Humanities and Social Sciences Scholar and recently a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School. Kanstantsin Dzehtsiarou is a lecturer in law at the University of Surrey (UK). Kanstantsin has worked as a lecturer in law at the Gomel State University for two years. Then he took a MA in European Studies from the University of Sussex. After graduation he worked as a legal adviser with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in Poland. In 2011 Kanstantsin successfully defended his PhD on European consensus in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in UCD (Dublin, Ireland). Kanstantsin is a visiting lecturer at the European Humanities University (Lithuania), he also cooperates with international NGOs as an expert in international and European human rights law.
